SIESCOMS boasts of having a good blend of core faculty who combine both academics and persons with industry background. Considering the life of the institute it has one of the largest pools of core faculty among the B-Schools that are administered by private entrepreneurs. Student to core faculty ratio is quite good (around 10:1). This group of the core faculty is supported and supplemented by a large number of practicing professionals from the industry as visiting faculty. The philosophy followed is that the fundamental and basic academic issues are taken up by the core faculty whereas the applied part is taken care of the visiting fraternity.
