The human resource of an organization is fast becoming the pivotal point for competitive advantage. Recognizing this paradigm shift, SIESCOMS started the annual HR event in 1998. It envisages creating and building competitive advantage through human resources. It is an annual forum for discussing the pertinent and current issues in the HR field. Leading practitioners from the industry participate both as speakers as well as delegates. The event also includes a competition among students of B-Schools on a case study relevant to the area. The winning team is awarded a rolling trophy.
