Though placement is not the prime activity of any B-School, every student entering in a good management institute expects some intervention by way of placement assistance for a reasonable good job. The uniqueness about SIESCOMS is that the students are counseled from day one to be focused on “Career” than “Job”. The long-term perspective, therefore, becomes more important. 
              The mentoring scheme is in place whereby the faculty takes special interest to find out the strengths and aptitude of a student to show the direction and career a student is most appropriately suited for. Correspondingly, placement help is provided both for “Summer Internship” as well as final “Executive Placement”. Though the institute is hardly 7 years old, it has a good record of placement both in terms of compensation as well as career prospects.
