The SIES Graduate School of Technology has highly qualified and experienced faculty. The faculty in a short span of one year has raised the academic level of the college to be a leader among the similar institutions in Navi Mumbai and is about to catch up with the most leading engineering colleges of the University of Mumbai. The core faculty is supported by visiting faculty and other support staff to deliver a well-planned out academic programme.

The Faculty is headed by,
Dr. M.K. Rao Principal who has 16 years of teaching experience in the engineering education. He has done Ph. D from IIT , Bombay. He is young dynamic with good leadership skills. He joined SIES GST in May 2005 & from then he is representing as a leader of the college.

The Graduate School through its faculty gives an opportunity to the students to acquire a wide variety of information and knowledge through well organized seminars and guest lectures. Students are also motivated to take part in projects, presentations and other academic activities organized by various academically oriented agencies.
